This Privacy Policy is to inform you that we do collect personally identifiable user data and asset data when you use the LYNX by FlowLab app. Please carefully read this Privacy Policy before downloading the app. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the LYNX by FlowLab app.  

 

LYNX by FlowLab collects personally identifiable user data submitted by the user for login and functionality within the app. The app collects the user’s full name, email address, password, employer and their role in the company. User data is stored until deleted. Users with the proper roles have the option to delete other users within their company, but a user cannot delete their own account. LYNX by FlowLab does not share personal user data. You have the right to revoke your consent by uninstalling the app and contacting your employer to delete your account.  

 

LYNX by FlowLab collects asset data when a user creates or updates an asset. The data collected in the app supports the document repository for asset lookups. Asset data is securely stored indefinitely in the database and host server. The asset data includes the asset’s name, description, documents, notes, and LYNX tag identifier. There are “delete” buttons/icons next to assets, documents, and notes to allow for data deletion. Only users with the proper roles have the option to delete assets and related data.

 

The LYNX by FlowLab app only requests access to the device’s file system for the purpose of uploading and downloading files.The app will not ask the user for access to a camera, calendar, reminders, contacts, or location. 

 

LYNX by FlowLab reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Revisit this Privacy Policy periodically, and check the “Created” or “Last updated” date to stay informed of changes or updates. It will be assumed that you have been made aware of and have accepted any changes or updates in a revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the App.
